The Next Step

There is a lot of turmoil happening in the world. The corrupt system
is collapsing, the cracks are being covered by the corrupt people who
run the corrupt system. Meanwhile real people living real lives in the
real world are suffering. If you have a job, you remain among the
fortunate, but for how long? If you do not have a job, the prospects
of finding employment are bleak. Companies are cutting back, not
expanding.

So, what is the next step for a global financial crisis? I think we
are going to start to hear calls for a global banking authority. And,
with this will come a call for a global currency. Those who resist
will be branded as enemies, against the salvation of capitalism.

It seems to be the next logical step.

Autumn

Autumn has truly arrived. Leaves on the ground, strong winds, driving rain, grey skies. Autumn is my favourite season, evenings getting darker, temperature dropping, a period of transition as we lead into winter.

Why Do I Care?

Why do I care? There are those who are walking the path to damnation, breaking every law that matters. Adultery is turned into a form of entertainment on TV and in film, self is taught as the highest importance over others, respect is expected by all but given by few, ignorance is rife, and lies are promoted as truth.

Take time to watch the world as it passes by. People are walking over the edge into oblivion ever minute, but no one does anything, to stop themselves or others. No one cares.

So, why do I care?

Dressed or Un-Dressed?

With some people, (actually, with a lot of women!) it is hard to tell these days. Are they dressed or un-dressed? Not only does it look like most have just thrown clothes on without any thought to taste or design, more often than not the body is barely covered. Huge floppy breasts spilling over the flimsiest low cut tops, skirts that barely cover the flesh, and show the world what should be hidden are common place. School girls walk the streets in uniform with unbuttoned shirts and skirts that wouldn't be out of place on the ladies who sell their dignity on street corners. Young girls pushing prams with young children, wearing trousers that are two sizes too small pushing the flab to the sides and out over the waist band of their trousers, with tops that are too short to cover the over flow.

But the men are not entirely without fault in poor dress. How many times do I need to walk down the street and see some flabby backside because some guy thinks it is 'cool' to wear his trousers halfway down his legs?

Where did the respect go?

On The Edge

We all live on the edge, in one way or another. Some of us live on the edge emotionally, some financially. We live our lives day by day, not knowing what comes next. We are on the edge, looking over the side, walking the narrow path, hoping we don't fall.

Some of us know the drop is there, and live our lives in fear, hoping the next step we take will be secure on the narrow path we walk. It would seem the majority walk the path with no fear, and little understanding or knowledge of the sheer drop that is one false foot-step away.

This blog will list my path, the journey I walk. The inane boring details of every day life that is the adhesive, holding all things together.

Everything is in the detail.
